The Admin fee is a one-time administration fee for a service. Purchasing an administrative fee is not necessary to take the test. Do not purchase the administration fee unless instructed explicitly by OMPT-Support.
Administrative fees will apply under the following circumstances:
- Changes to or re-issuance of certificates
- Product exchanges or substitutions
- Transfers between classes
- Retaking tests due to test taker-related reasons, such as a no-show or internet connection issue
- Missed appointments for test reviews
