Yes, you can request special accommodation.
If you have a disability or a condition which you believe should be taken into consideration, e.g. dyslexia or dyscalculia granting extra time during the test, please fill in this form. All submitted documents have to be written in English / Dutch or translated to English/Dutch by a sworn translator. You are required to provide both the original and translated documents.
IMPORTANT: Please be advised that you will need to inform us via the support form of any subsequent test attempts. Meaning, if you require a second or third attempt, please also contact our support so we can ensure you have your special accommodation.
Requests without verifiable evidence will not be considered.
Requests can take up to 2 weeks to process, so please ensure that they are sent well before your test date to ensure that you are granted the special accommodation you need.
