To ensure a secure testing environment, you must take your OMPT test in a room that meets the following requirements:
You must be alone in the room during the entire test.
The room must be quiet, closed, and well-lit.
The entrance door to the room must be visible in the webcam view behind you.
Any glass doors, windows, or glass walls must be fully covered so that the proctor cannot see through them.
If your room cannot be arranged to meet these requirements and you are unable to use another room, please contact OMPT Support well in advance of your test.
When contacting support, include:
A description (and preferably photos) of your room setup.
The reason why you cannot meet the standard room requirements.
Any alternative arrangements you are able to make.
OMPT will review your situation and advise you on whether your setup can be approved or if another solution is required.
