You may reschedule or cancel your test appointment, with a €50 administrative fee. This does not apply to expired products.
Step 1: Cancel your ProctorU appointment
Log in to your OMPT account, and on the right-hand side, click on "Go to ProctorU".
On the ProctorU website, cancel your appointment on the home page. If you have multiple active tests, make sure to choose the correct one.
If you have already cancelled your appointment with ProctorU, you can skip this step.
Step 2: Purchase the Admin Fee
Go to your OMPT account, and then go to the "Store" tab.
Purchase the "Admin Fee" product.
Step 3: Contact OMPT support
After completing the first two steps, reach out to OMPT support. Please include the following information:
- The email address that's associated with your OMPT account
- The name of the test you wish to reschedule/cancel
- Proof of the purchased Admin Fee (in a form of a screenshot)
Once we have your payment confirmation, we will reinstate the test on ProctorU. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing. You can then choose a new test date.
