You have to choose a university when you apply, but you can change which universities your account is linked to at any moment (also after you have taken your test). If you wish to change your university settings, you can do so by clicking on your name in the upper right corner, and then to "Settings".
Then, in the section "Classes", click on "Add/change university".
Make your changes and click on "Save universities".
